Gold prices in Pakistan have surged to record highs in recent days. As of September 21, 2024, the price for one tola (approximately 11.66 grams) of gold reached Rs272,000, reflecting an increase of Rs3,500 in just a single day. The price for 10 grams of gold also rose, reaching Rs233,196. This significant hike mirrors international market trends, where gold prices have also risen, hitting around $2,612 per ounce.
